JUST BOUGHT! 21 Inwood Avenue

Can you search for a home alone? Yep. SHOULD you search for a home alone? NO!
Our job is to help you find a home and represent your best interests in the transaction. This is what we do – we help people buy and sell homes every day!
Here are 10 reasons why you should use a Realtor to purchase a home:
1) You will receive new listings that suit your criteria with a custom MLS search that comes directly to your inbox.
2) You will receive access to our network of other Realtors (and exclusive/off-market listings!)
3) You can leave it to us to weed through the duds and only show you homes that fit your criteria and that will likely sell within your budget.
4) You will have a bullish friend in your corner during negotiations to ensure you get a home you love at a price you feel good about.
5) You will have someone to help you understand a property’s potential. We’ve both done extensive renovations on our own homes and we’ve learned a thing or two along the way!
6) You will have someone to help you understand the home inspection and answer any questions you have about the property.
7) You won’t have to worry about the paperwork or ensuring that you’re protected with appropriate clauses and conditions. We’ve got you covered!
8) You will be able to relax and trust our knowledge, local acumen, and integrity.
9) You will have our experience and objective support when emotions run high.
10) You will have an advocate watching out for YOU and not the seller.

- Organize your pantry and closets – consider donating the items once you’re able. We love Allan Gardens Food & Clothing Share
- Sweep your entryway, deck, and walkways

- Re-caulk around your shower, tub, and sinks
